- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 2:30pm
JLC Workforce Solutions Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Sandyford, Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Workshop Operative to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Measuring and cutting posts and materials to specification.
- Assembling products in line with production requirements.
- Reading and following work instructions.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Assisting with general workshop duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Able to accurately measure and cut materials.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to following health and safety procedures.
