Who we are!
We are a family-run recruitment consultancy based in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent.
We provide temporary, temporary-permanent and permanent recruitment solutions to small and large companies.
With over 40 years of experience, we are passionate about matching the right candidate to the appropriate client.
We won’t compromise on service and delivery.
Who do we work with?
We are specialists in the pottery and ceramics industry, having worked with numerous of Stoke-on-Trent’s leading brands over the past 25 years.
A number of our staff are experienced and knowledgeable in this area having previously worked for local ceramic manufacturers.
We’ve also become prevalent in other industries including logistics, construction, engineering, commercial and manufacturing.

How do we differ from the rest?
Our Recruitment Consultants select applicants to suit the correct role and carry out relevant assessments to match client expectations and needs.
Our job interviews are face-to-face to build a personal connection with applicants and to see if they’re a good fit for our client.
We are transparent, give clear deadlines, and provide honest feedback on all interviews we process. Most importantly, we treat our clients with the upmost respect.

You will receive an email with a link to join Sage and once signed in you can view your wage slips online
Wage slips are sent out on a Wednesday at the latest and are paid a week in arrears
Absences
All Absences MUST be reported to us at least 1 hour prior to shift commencement

Holidays
Holidays run from January to December
It is your responsibility to take them and we cannot under any circumstances top-up wages with holidays
Request holidays from your Line Manager/Team Leader. Once approved:
