We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run manufacturing company specialising in high-quality fire doors and door sets supplied across the UK.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their production team with reliable and skilled Production Operatives to join their busy facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
🏭 The Role
- Working as part of a production team manufacturing fire doors and door sets
- Operating machinery and using hand tools where required
- Preparing, assembling, and finishing timber products
- Ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Meeting daily production targets
✅ Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working with timber or joinery products (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual

Hours of Work
Monday – Thursday 6am -5pm
Friday 6am – 4pm
