Pay rate to be confirmedWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Band Saw / Edge Bander Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent.This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment and would suit candidates with previous machinery operation or woodworking/manufacturing experience. Main Duties

• Operating band saw and edge banding machinery
• Measuring and preparing materials accurately
• Supporting manufacturing and production activities
• Monitoring quality standards throughout production
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience operating machinery preferred
• Manufacturing or woodworking experience advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a production environment
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Able to work the required shift pattern
