JLC Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for Press Machine Operators to join a successful and growing manufacturing company based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Our client designs and manufactures high-strength composite products for underground infrastructure, supplying products used across the telecoms, rail, water and energy sectors.

THE ROLE

As a Press Machine Operator, your duties will include:

Operating press machinery safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading materials
Monitoring the production process
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Following production specifications and health & safety procedures
Working towards production targets
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Working as part of a busy production team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous press machine or manufacturing experience is preferred
Production experience would be an advantage
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to follow instructions and work safely
Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
Good team-working skills

Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

SHIFT PATTERN

🔹 Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
🔹 Noon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
