Experienced Bench Joiners & Staircase Joiners Wanted

We are currently looking to connect with experienced Bench Joiners and Staircase Joiners in the Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme area for potential opportunities with established local manufacturers.
If you have experience producing high-quality timber staircases or other bespoke joinery products, we’d like to hear from you.
Typical Duties May Include:
- Manufacturing timber staircases and joinery products from technical drawings.
- Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assembling and finishing timber components to a high standard.
- Producing both bespoke and standard designs.
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Working as part of a skilled workshop team.
We’re Looking For Candidates With:
- Previous experience as a Bench Joiner, Staircase Joiner, Wood Machinist, or in a similar role.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience working with hardwoods and softwoods.
- Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and workshop practices.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
Pay & Hours
