Domestic Assistant Full Time NEW

Required for a busy Client in the ST6 area a Domestic Assistant.

To maintain a clean and safe working enviroment for Residents and Staff.

Responsibilities include executing daily cleaning schedules, managing waste, handling laundry, and following safety guidelines. The role is essential for reducing infection risks and enhancing facility well-being

• Routine Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces in both communal and private areas.
• Sanitization: Deep clean bathrooms, toilets, and clinical/care fixtures according to strict hygiene standards.
• Waste Management: Empty waste bins and safely dispose of clinical, domestic, and hazardous waste.
• Laundry & Bedding: Strip and remake beds, handle soiled linens, and operate washing machines and irons.
• Stock & Safety: Replenish paper products/dispensers and report any maintenance faults to the relevant manager.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to COSHH chemical storage rules and NHS Infection Control Guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
