Colour Mixer/ Production Operative
Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Immediate Start
JLC Workforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one of our established manufacturing clients for a Colour Mixer / Production Operative.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with precision and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing colours and materials to exact specifications while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing colours and materials accurately to production formulas.
- Measuring and weighing ingredients.
- Following manufacturing instructions and quality procedures.
- Recording batch information.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous colour mixing or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
- A Chemistry GCSE, A-Level, BTEC, NVQ or equivalent qualification would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time
