Join Our Team – Production Operatives (Ceramics)

Opportunities available for General, Cup Shop, and Stonecast Operatives

Are you ready to play a key role in creating world-class ceramic tableware used in hospitality venues across the globe? We are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team.

We have openings across three areas:

• General Production Operatives – support all stages of ceramic production
• Cup Shop Operatives – specialise in cup forming, finishing, and decoration
• Stonecast Operatives – focus on Stonecast products, ensuring colour, texture, and quality

What You’ll Do

• Operate machinery and equipment for forming, glazing, firing, and finishing
• Prepare clay and materials following precise procedures
• Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality, strength, and presentation standards
• Perform routine quality checks at every stage of production
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with Health & Safety guidelines
• Work with production and engineering teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Role-Specific Highlights:

• Cup Shop Ops: Handle cup forming, handle application, fettling, glazing, and finishing
• Stonecast Ops: Work on Stonecast items including decoration, glazing, and colour consistency

About You

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial work (ceramics experience is a bonus)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confident with machinery and following precise processes
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Take pride in craftsmanship and high production standards
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Interested in specialising in areas like Cup Shop or Stonecast production
